Come organizzarsi con un Year Task Planner

How to Get Organized with a Year Task Planner

Appointed 's best-selling template, the Year Task Planner, is a very well-organized weekly planner, always available in various colors in the academic version (dated from August to August) and in the classic version (dated from January to December). Its main features are having the days of the week on a full page and on the next page a lot of space for the priority weekly, the to do and the notes . There is obviously also the annual and monthly calendar to always have the bigger picture. How to Turn Your Year Task Planner Into Your Roadmap: Start with a holistic vision First, you need an overview of the coming year. This is what the annual calendar is for: highlighting important dates. These can be birthdays and anniversaries, but also distant appointments already scheduled, important events, etc. It is especially helpful to refer to these pages at the beginning of each month. Plan the month Once you have a comprehensive overview of the important dates in your annual calendar, you can start tracking monthly goals, action items and milestones, appointments, and more each month. The classic monthly grid is intended to provide a concise overview of everything, that quick overview I always talk about. Starting from the annual calendar, you can record important dates in the monthly calendar boxes, then, one by one, you can indicate the commitments and things not to forget that will come up that month. You'll find a page to record your goals and priorities for the month, because putting them down on paper is always the first step towards achieving them. Plan for the week It's time to narrow your focus to weekly planning. One-page weekly layout for daily planning and reminders. The other page is dedicated to detail: that is, the specific priorities of that week, the to-do list that can be filled out day by day or all at once at the beginning of the week - this depends on what is more useful to you - and a space for notes, where you can write down everything you need to optimize your planning (or your memory 😉) This is the page you'll likely have open on your desktop most often, so make it yours, every week. For example, try using different colors for the different items on your to-do list, so that your family commitments will be much more visible if they have a different color than the one you use for work items . The notes section, being dotted, lends itself very well to being transformed into a habit tracker to keep track of what you want, or to make diagrams or even as a brainstorming space, to jot down new ideas and new suggestions so that they don't get lost.

Mostre da non perdere questa primavera

Exhibitions not to be missed this spring

Van Gogh. Masterpieces from the Kröller-Müller Museum - Museo Revoltella, Trieste For the first time in 134 years, the portraits of Monsieur and Madame Ginoux, the owners of the legendary Café de la Gare in Arles, can be seen together, the one painted in shades of red and green, the famous and powerful Café de Nocturne. More than 50 masterpieces by the celebrated Dutch painter, renowned for transforming pain into something truly beautiful, are on display in Trieste. Monet - Padua, San Gaetano Cultural Center Padua is always worth it, take it from someone who lived there for a long (long) time and left a piece (one) of their heart here. On display are the gigantic Water Lilies, the reflections of the sky in the waters of the Thames, the idyllic landscapes of Argenteuil, the portrait of his son Michel, and other masterpieces from the Musée Marmottan in Paris. These are many of the paintings that Monet himself loved most and that he kept with him until his death. Brassaï - Milan, Royal Palace An exhibition that tells the story of a love affair: that between Brassaï, a Hungarian photographer, and Paris, the city where he lived most of his life. From Montparnasse to the slums to the great monuments, the faces, the dark and scandalous corners, as only Paris can have, it is a love that truly shows in all his photos. Mirò and his colours have always had a great fascination for me. The exhibition dedicated to the great painter and sculptor (and a thousand other things) brings together around a hundred paintings, temperas, watercolours, drawings, sculptures and ceramics from private Italian collections and French galleries. Anselm Liefer - Florence, Palazzo Strozzi Palazzo Strozzi always knows how to amaze! On display, Anselm Kiefer—one of the most versatile contemporary artists—takes us on a journey through allegories, figures, and forms that explore humanity's great questions. Kiefer is, above all, a passionate enthusiast of poetry and philosophy, painting, sculpture, installation, and photography; he has experimented with it all.

Mini guida alle misure e formati dei quaderni più comuni

A mini guide to the sizes and formats of the most common notebooks.

There are brands that have their own measurements, I'm thinking of Notem for example, its notebooks don't fall into any of these categories in terms of precision but these are the typical measurements: A4 format: Dimensions: 210 x 297 mm. It is one of the most common and standard formats for notebooks and notepads, the ones used in school, so to speak. It's ideal for taking notes in class, writing documents, or making detailed drawings because there's plenty of space. A5 format: Dimensions: 148 x 210 mm. It's smaller than A4 size but still large enough to hold detailed notes. It's the typical size of classic planners and is the ideal solution for writing and taking notes because it offers enough space for plans, notes, and lists. It's also very handy, making it perfect as a diary or bullet journal. Format: A6: Size: 105mm × 148mm It's the classic pocket notebook, small and compact, ideal for quick notes, shopping lists, reminders, the one you always have with you because it fits in a pocket or comfortably in a bag. B5 format (mainly used in Japan and some other Asian countries.): Dimensions: 176 x 250 mm It's a little smaller than the A4. It is suitable for those who need more space for writing, drawing or taking detailed notes, but still want a fairly compact format. B6 format (typical of Japanese products): Dimensions: 125 x 176 mm It is larger than the B7 but smaller than the B5. It is useful for those who want a notebook smaller than the A5 format but do not want to sacrifice too much space for writing and would feel too cramped with an A6 notebook. B7 format (still widely used in Asia) Dimensions: 88 x 125 mm . It is a very compact and small size, ideal for those who need to take notes on the go or for jotting down short notes. It can be convenient for those who want a pocket-sized notebook to carry everywhere. Choose the notebook size based on your specific needs. If you want to always have it with you, you might prefer a smaller size like A6. If you need more space for detailed writing, A4 might be more suitable. The most popular is the A5 model, which is the perfect middle ground. Also consider the paper type and internal layout of the notebook based on how you intend to use it.

Perchè tenere un Book Journal

Why Keep a Book Journal?

A book journal is a diary or notebook specifically designed to track your reading. In our opinion, nothing pre-written is necessary, so you have complete freedom to include all the important aspects of your reading. We recommend numbered pages so you can create an index, but you can also number the pages of a simple notebook. The main elements for keeping track of the books you usually read are the title, author, date read, plot, characters, personal impressions, quotes, and reviews, but as always, you can tailor it based on your preferences and therefore report what is really important for you to remember. Why is a book journal useful for those who love reading? Organization : Keeping a book journal helps you keep track of all the books you've read or want to read. You can easily organize your reading list and get a complete overview of your literary preferences. Memory and Reflection : Writing down your impressions and reflections on a book after reading it allows you to preserve your memories of the reading and process your thoughts more deeply. This can enrich the reading experience and help you better understand the book's themes and messages. Future Choices : Looking back at your book journal can help you remember which books you enjoyed most and which you didn't. This can be helpful in deciding which books to add to your future reading list and which to avoid. Personal growth : Tracking your reading allows you to see your literary tastes evolve over time. You may notice trends in your favorite genres or the topics that interest you most, and this can help you better understand yourself and your interests. Sharing : A book journal can be a great tool for connecting with other readers. You can share your book reviews and opinions with friends, family, or other members of an online community, and discover new reading recommendations from others. Book journals aren't just for fun; you can get together and, perhaps, like a book club, exchange opinions! We've organized a workshop dedicated to Book Journaling , don't miss this video:
