SHIPMENTS

We always ship Monday to Friday within 24/48 hours of ordering.

You will receive tracking details for your shipment via email directly from the courier.
Transit time from 1 to 5 working days depending on the area.
Your SayPaper order leaves from our headquarters in Pinerolo (Turin).

Shipping costs €6 for Italy .
Shipping is always free for purchases over €59 net of any discount codes.
Shipping to Venice Lagoon costs €25 regardless of the order amount.

International shipments:
from €15 to €25 depending on the destination
€40 for the UK and Switzerland

COLLECTION AT OUR OFFICE
If you prefer to pick up your order in person at our Volare bookstore, you can select "pickup in store" at checkout and shipping will be waived. Your order will be ready at checkout.

HOW DO WE SHIP IT TO YOU?
At Say Paper, we believe that everyone, in their own small way, can really make a difference!
Our shipments are plastic-free; all materials are recycled and recyclable, from tissue paper to wrapping paper, from boxes to scotch tape, which can be disposed of directly with the cardboard.

Note on shipping orders containing pre-order products
If your order includes a pre-order item along with other available products, the entire order will be shipped in one shipment as soon as the pre-order item becomes available.
We recommend that you place separate orders if you wish to receive available items sooner.
