I need to receive an electronic invoice for my order. How can I do this?
You can write to us at customer@saypaper.it, including the necessary information, and we'll prepare an invoice for you.
Electronic invoices can only be requested within the month in which the order was placed. We cannot issue electronic invoices for previous months.

Where are shipments made from?
Saypaper is based in the Volare bookshop in Pinerolo (Turin), and all your orders will be shipped from here.

I live near Pinerolo. Can I pick up my order and not pay shipping costs?
Of course! At checkout, you can select in-store pickup and your package will be ready at the bookstore checkout.

Can I pay by bank transfer?
We accept all credit cards, PayPal, and Satispay, but if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can write to us at customer@saypaper.it and we'll send you our IBAN so you can make the payment.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Italy costs €6.
It is free for orders over €59 net of any discounts.

Shipments abroad
We ship throughout Europe starting from €15.

How can I track my package?
When you place your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive tracking information directly from the courier.
You can change the delivery date directly from the link in the email, if necessary or if you were absent when the courier arrived.

What are the delivery times?
We always ship from Monday to Friday within 24/36 hours of receiving the order.
The courier generally takes 1 to 3 days once we hand over your package. We remain at your disposal for any clarification; you can write to us at customer@saypaper.it.

How can I make a return?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Simply reseal the package you received and send it to our office:
VOLARE BOOKSTORE Via Chiappero 4 - 10064 Pinerolo (To).
Please send us a note with your order number to let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.
If you prefer, we can send a courier to collect the return. In this case, the €6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

I received a defective or incorrect product. What should I do?
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we apologize first and foremost! We'll send you a new/correct product at our expense or issue a refund if you prefer. You can contact us with a photo of the defective/incorrect product and we'll fix it right away.

I would like a gift package, how can I do it?
At checkout, you can select the gift wrapping option for €2.50. In the notes section, you can specify which products you'd like gift wrapping for and the greeting to accompany the gift wrapping.
