Returns and refunds
Returns are possible with shipping costs paid by the customer within 14 days of receiving the order.
There are two possible return methods:

Once we receive the package with the intact products, the amount spent on the returned products will be refunded. - You can request SayPaper to handle the return, in which case €6 will be deducted from the refund for the returned products to cover shipping costs.
Damaged or defective products:
The customer will be responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery and it is the condition that any shortages or defects in the products are notified to SayPaper in writing together with photographic evidence within 1 day of receipt of the products.
If a defect or error attributable to SayPaper is found (for which we apologize in advance!) and notification has been duly made, SayPaper will arrange for the return shipment of the defective products at its own expense and either refund the amount paid or replace the products.
