It's not dated, so you can start it whenever you want (and you don't have to feel guilty if you don't use it for a few months or weeks!).
You'll have a page for each day of the week and the weekend is laid out on one page - there are 52 weeks in total (covering a calendar year) and it comes with a bookmark of the same design.
The pages are organized with a time frame from 7am to 8pm to mark appointments, a space for notes, one for the to do list and one for the priorities of the day.

It is in A5 format - 14.8 x 21 cm and has 320 pages.
This diary planner is a real book, made by a family-run music book manufacturer in the UK, and its pages are made from recycled paper.
The soft cover is a 250g GF Smith luxury texture.
