All Midori notebooks feature a very simple design and extremely high quality.

The exposed spine folds easily, keeping the notebook always perfectly open (you can write and draw across pages!). Midori notebooks are made with 16-page signatures bound at the back and sewn with thread, allowing them to open 180 degrees. All of this gives Midori notebooks great durability as well as unique ease of use.

MD paper is patented to be extremely lightweight (approximately 60gsm) yet it absorbs ink so well into its fibers that the color never bleeds through to the other side.
