The following four designers created the main designs for the paper goodies in this book: Lotte Dirks (Netherlands), Kate Pugsly (United States), Mevrouw Knot (Netherlands), and Roeqiya Fris (Netherlands). And in addition to the four main designers, there are also about twenty other collaborators who worked on the book.
