Description
This special edition pencil is the fourth in the Blackwing Eras series, which honors Blackwing's legacy with designs inspired by the unique history of Blackwing 602.
The Blackwing Eras pencil (2023 edition) features a retro design inspired by the Van Dyke 601. Special edition pencils with a yellow barrel, dark gray ferrule with gold band, a red eraser, the iconic signature graphite (like the classic 602 model) and a "PULL OUT CLAMP TO LENGTHEN ERASER" print.
In 2020, the first Eras pencil was launched to celebrate 10 years of the Blackwing revival with a design directly inspired by the 1930s. In 2021, our Eras pencil paid homage to the Palomino pencils that inspired the Blackwing revival.
Then, in 2022, the collectible pencil takes up the arrow-perforated ferrule found on Blackwing pencils in the mid-20th century (find it here )
