Reseller Terms and Conditions

1. PRICES

The prices listed are recommended retail prices (not mandatory - VAT included). There are no minimum order quantities per item.

SayPaper reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of price increases. Prices do not include shipping. All products are barcoded.

2. ORDERS

All order confirmations are binding and can only be cancelled or modified within 3 business days of order confirmation.

The minimum order is set at €300.00 including VAT.

3. SHIPPING

Order processing time may vary from 1 to a maximum of 10 working days from order confirmation.

Shipping is free for orders over €499.99 including VAT.

For smaller orders, the calculated cost is equal to 3% of the order value.

4. RETURNS

There is no right of return for products. The customer will be responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery, and any shortages or defects in the products must be reported to SayPaper in writing, along with photographic evidence, within 5 working days of receiving the products.

If a defect has been found and duly notified, SayPaper will arrange for the return shipment of the defective products.

5. PAYMENTS

Payment is due by credit card or bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date.

SayPaper reserves the right to require advance payment for the first order.
